Super Eggs are large, special Eggs that can be found in the Dino Run game. They are worth much more than normal eggs, and most of them are hidden.

- Alien Egg - Found on Level 5
- Bronto Egg - Found on Beyond Apocalypse (Insane! difficulty only)
- Diplo Egg - Found on Apocalypse
- Giga Egg - Found on Level 5
- Iguano Egg - Found on Level 4
- Magno Egg - Found on Apocalypse (Easy difficulty) / Level six (Medium, Hard or Insane! Difficulty)
- Oloro Egg - Found on Level 4
- Rinch Egg - Found on level 3
- Spino Egg - Found on Level 2
- T-Rex Egg - Found on Level 3
